Live Chat Specialist - Work from home

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in George Town, Penang, MY. As an entry-level role, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or chat support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services. 3. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service.

Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable individual who can work independently. 2. Strong emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. 4. Excellent written communication skills. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must have a quiet workspace with reliable internet access.
