Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking an experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and supporting online customer accounts for our company. This is a part-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain online customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to online account holders, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely manner. 3. Monitor account activity and identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online account services with other company initiatives. 5. Develop and implement creative strategies to drive online account growth and retention. 6. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to internal and external stakeholders on online account performance and trends. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management to enhance company offerings.

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online account management or a related field. - Hardworking and energetic personality traits. - Strong creativity and presentation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in online account management tools and software. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
