Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Petronas is seeking a passionate and reliable Online Account Support Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee online accounts for customers, ensuring a seamless user experience. 2. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize online account performance and drive customer engagement. 3. Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new account features and enhancements. 5. Develop and execute project plans to meet account support goals and objectives. 6. Provide support and guidance to junior staff members in the online account support team. 7. Monitor account activity and address any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.


Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in online account management or a related field. 2. Strong analytical skills and project management experience. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 6. Familiarity with CRM systems and online account management tools.
