Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team at SIRIM Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, and possess excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for online account holders, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with their online accounts - Develop strategies to drive engagement and increase user satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall online account experience - Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management - Lead initiatives to enhance account security and privacy measures
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of at least 7 years in account management or customer support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic planning expertise - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Familiarity with online account security protocols
