Online Account Support Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Online Account Support Officer to join our team at PPB Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Assist customers with account setup, login issues, and troubleshooting technical problems - Work closely with the IT department to escalate and resolve any technical issues affecting customer accounts - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote online account services and drive customer engagement - Monitor customer account activity to identify and address opportunities for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the online account support experience
