Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Account Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in healthcare support.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to patients and their families regarding account inquiries, billing questions, and payment processing - Assist with resolving account issues and discrepancies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient account information - Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure a seamless experience for patients - Utilize strategic planning skills to develop efficient processes for managing accounts - Deliver presentations to educate patients on account management best practices

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online account management systems - Prior experience in customer service or healthcare support is a plus - Must be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
