Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills and excel in a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to online account holders through various communication channels including email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with technical issues related to their accounts and online services. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues. 5. Work closely with the IT department to identify and address potential website or account issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in an online environment. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently. 4. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
