Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team at Telekom Malaysia Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers via various platforms, including email, live chat, and social media. - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution related to their accounts. - Educate customers on our products and services, and help them make informed decisions. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits. - Strong presentation and critical thinking skills. - 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
