Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description: Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Account Support Specialist in Kuala Lumpur. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support and resolve any account-related issues for online customers. 2. Monitor and manage online account activities to ensure optimal user experience. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and improve online account functionalities. 4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce landscape. 5. Assist in the implementation of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and independent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies. 5. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
