Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Online Call Center Assistant to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Online Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online platforms. This role is perfect for individuals who are energetic, resilient, and have excellent decision-making and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving issues or complaints - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding privacy and security of customer information - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using various online platforms and tools - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
