Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Perodua is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Online Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online platforms, including answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries through online chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and problem-solving skills - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles - Energetic and passionate attitude towards customer service - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using online chat platforms and social media - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of automotive industry preferred but not required
