Job Description:
Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking an energetic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Associate in Kuala Lumpur. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers to provide assistance and resolve queries regarding telecommunication services. 2. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat platforms and email in a professional and timely manner. 3. Process customer requests such as account changes, service upgrades, and billing inquiries accurately. 4. Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with their devices or services. 5. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of each conversation for future reference. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve departmental goals. 7. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date on all company policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and hardworking personality with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail to effectively solve problems and address customer needs. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to remain professional and courteous at all times. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines. 5. Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
