Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description: Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online call center representatives to ensure high levels of customer service - Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and quality of service - Provide ongoing training and coaching to call center staff - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in managing a call center or customer service team - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Excellent time management skills - Equal Opportunity Statement: Top Glove Corporation Berhad is an equal opportunity employer.
