Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Call Center Manager

The Online Call Center Manager at MR DIY Group in Malacca City, Melaka is a key position responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the online call center. This position requires a high level of responsibility and autonomy, making it ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the online call center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance, including call handling, response times, and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Train, coach, and mentor call center staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations - Prepare and present reports on call center performance to senior management


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a call center management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Creativity and planning skills - Proficiency in call center software and tools - Knowledge of customer service best practices
