Job Description:
UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a skilled Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Online Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online call center operations, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are handled efficiently and effectively. This role is ideal for a motivated and independent individual with a strong background in call center management.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of online customer service representatives - Monitor call center metrics to ensure that performance goals are met - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Analyze call center data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software - Motivated and independent with a strong work ethic
