Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Officer in Malacca City, Melaka. This part-time entry-level position requires zero years of experience but a strong willingness to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 6. Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Strong strategic planning skills to effectively prioritize tasks. 3. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficiency in using basic computer programs and systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia.
