We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Online Call Center Officer to join our team at Padini Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. Responsibilities: 1. Handling incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Providing accurate information about products, promotions, and services offered by Padini Holdings Berhad. 3. Assisting customers with online orders, payment processing, and shipping inquiries. 4. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department for further assistance. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and reliable with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to think analytically and creatively to solve customer problems. 4. Proficient in using computer software and online platforms. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
