Job Description: As an Online Call Center Officer at Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and concerns through various online platforms. Your role will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally. 3. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues. 6. Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed. 8. High school diploma or equivalent. 9. Knowledge of CRM systems and online customer service best practices.
