Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide solutions - Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits - Keep up-to-date on all company products and services - Stay informed about company policies and procedures - Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels

Requirements: - Excellent communication and listening skills - Excellent phone etiquette - Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Independent and hardworking - Leadership skills - Strategic planning skills
