Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints. 2. Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries in a professional and timely manner. 3. Update customer information in the database accurately. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 5. Follow communication scripts when handling different scenarios. 6. Meet and exceed productivity and quality targets set by the company. 7. Coordinate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent is required. 2. Proven experience as a call center representative or a similar customer service role. 3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 7. Must be driven, confident, have strong strategic planning skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
