Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients, resolving issues, and handling inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, MY and will be part-time with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via email and online chat - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Hardworking and driven attitude with a willingness to learn and grow - Adaptability to changing situations and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment - Team player who can collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
