Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

SIRIM Berhad is seeking a qualified Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via email 2. Provide information about products and services offered by SIRIM Berhad 3. Assist customers with placing orders online and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback for continuous improvement 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills 3. Demonstrated creativity and people management skills 4. Ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM systems 6. Willingness to work part-time hours and be flexible with scheduling
