Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Call Center Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services 2. Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a friendly and efficient manner 4. Conduct research to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers 5. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all interactions with customers 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a similar customer service role 2. Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service 3. Proven hardworking attitude and ability to work well under pressure 4. Excellent research skills and attention to detail 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 7. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM software 8. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
