Job Description:
Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns regarding products or services. 3. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely manner. 4. Utilize various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media, to respond to customer inquiries. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or team. 8. Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and systems to better assist customers. 9. Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company. 10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 8. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
