Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:


MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level representative, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. We are looking for individuals who are confident, resourceful, and possess strong emotional intelligence and creativity.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, or complaints - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a professional and timely manner - Utilize online platforms to communicate with customers and resolve issues - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution - Meet or exceed established KPIs and goals for customer satisfaction and call resolution - Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customer situations with professionalism - Proficiency in using online communication platforms and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred - Confidence, resourcefulness, emotional intelligence, and creativity are a must - Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
