Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Representative in George Town, Penang, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, providing information on services offered by IHH Healthcare Berhad - Assist patients with scheduling appointments and resolving any issues or concerns they may have - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients in the company's database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and support

Requirements: - Motivated individual with a positive attitude towards helping patients - Resilient personality with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with patients over the phone - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Excellent communication skills in English and any additional languages would be a plus
