The Online Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or gather information - Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a positive and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
