Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Call Center Specialist to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level Online Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information about our products and services. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and resolve any issues or complaints. 3. Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and scheduling appointments. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. 6. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for improving processes. 7. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and promotional offers to effectively communicate with customers. 8. Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Presentation skills and creativity in engaging with customers. 7. Motivated and resourceful personality traits. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
