Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and passionate Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong strategic planning skills along with the ability to adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. 3. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement and support processes. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends that may affect customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in online chat support or customer service. 2. Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 6. Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
