Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resourceful individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Assistant in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
As an Online Chat Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through online chat platforms - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience - Identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the customer service department - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette at all times
