Job Description:

AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking a reliable and energetic Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time entry-level position requires zero years of experience and is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in customer service and online support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing general information. 2. Utilize strategic planning to effectively respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Use persuasion skills to enhance customer satisfaction and promote brand loyalty. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the online chat support system.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong soft skills in strategic planning and persuasion. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in computer applications and online communication tools. 6.
