Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and driven Online Chat Support Associate to join our team at Dialog Group Berhad in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong problem-solving skills and cooperation.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customers' inquiries and provide support through online chat 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, and account management 3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a cooperative attitude 4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems 5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
