Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Online Chat Support Associate to join our team at Dialog Group Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who possess strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat support. 2. Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries. 3. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service. 5. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively. 6. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while assisting customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements: 1. Strong passion for customer service and helping others. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. High level of emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6.
