Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Chat Support Associate to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong people management and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers and clients in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist with resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints through chat communication. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to customers. 4. Utilize company resources and knowledge base to address customer concerns effectively. 5. Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch support and service. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and analysis.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in online chat support or customer service roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and tools. 6. Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
