Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Associate in our office located in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time Associate level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or online support.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer inquiries and issues with accuracy and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times - Utilize creativity and emotional intelligence to engage with customers and provide personalized solutions

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate individual with a customer-centric mindset - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in written communication and computer skills - Creativity and emotional intelligence to effectively connect with customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
