Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

As the Online Chat Support Manager at MR DIY Group, you will be responsible for managing the online chat support team and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to all customers. You will oversee the daily operations of the online chat support department, including monitoring chat interactions, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of online chat support representatives - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Provide training and guidance to team members - Develop and implement best practices for online chat support - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and concerns - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in online chat support or customer service - Previous experience in a leadership or management role - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Driven to achieve goals and exceed customer expectations - Equal opportunity employer
