Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Digi.Com Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat channels. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. 4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department. 8. Stay up to date on company policies, products, and services. 9. Meet and exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and reliable personality traits. 2. Strong analytical skills to effectively solve customer issues. 3. Emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and de-escalate challenging situations. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred. 7. Proficiency in using online chat systems and customer service software. 8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
