Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and confident Online Chat Support Representative to join our team at Media Prima Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but problem-solving and strategic planning skills are a must.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide support and assistance - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve technical issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and punctual - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
