Online Chat Support Representative

Sime Darby Berhad, a leading multinational conglomerate based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or online support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through online chat support. 2. Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service quality. 4. Monitor and track customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and potential areas for improvement. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of online support strategies to enhance customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and hardworking with a positive attitude towards challenges. 2. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach. 3. Strong cooperation and leadership skills to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in using online chat support tools and software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
