Online Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is looking for a part-time Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Assist customers with product information, order issues, and general inquiries - Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues as needed - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong communication skills - Ability to research and problem solve effectively - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work part-time hours in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
