Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat in a timely and accurate manner. 2. Provide solutions and recommendations to customers to resolve their concerns and issues. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. 2. Resilient and confident personality traits. 3. Strong people management and adaptability skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
