Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Client Relations Associate to join our team at IJM Corporation Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Online Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients in the online sphere. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority and no years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via online channels, including email, chat, and social media - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and issues - Assist clients with account management and troubleshooting as needed - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop client engagement strategies - Monitor client feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development of online marketing campaigns and promotions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Hardworking and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency with online communication tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
