YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Associate based in George Town, Penang, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in client relations within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively, providing accurate information and solutions to their concerns - Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution - Utilize innovative strategies to enhance the online client experience and drive client engagement - Identify and escalate any potential issues or opportunities for improvement to the management team - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilience and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - A keen interest in innovation and staying abreast of digital marketing trends - Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving work environment - No previous experience required, but a passion for client relations is a must
