Online Client Relations Representative

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a confident and energetic Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and phone - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Provide product and service information to clients and assist them with their needs - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to address client issues and improve overall client experience - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to better assist clients - Assist in the development and implementation of client relations strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently - Fluent in English and another language is a plus
