Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Client Relations Representative to join our team at Sunway Group in George Town, Penang. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who are driven, adaptable, and have strong strategic planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to accurately assist clients - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services to clients - Assist in the development of online client communication strategies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms - Must be driven, adaptable, and possess strategic planning and time management skills
