Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a passionate and driven Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, and we welcome individuals who are excited to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to online inquiries and messages from clients promptly and professionally - Build strong relationships with clients through various online platforms - Provide information and support to clients regarding our company products and services - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless online client experience - Monitor online reviews and feedback, and address any issues or concerns raised by clients - Analyze online trends and feedback to provide insights for improving client satisfaction - Assist with the development and implementation of online client relations strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Passionate about delivering exceptional client service - Driven to succeed and grow in a fast-paced online environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and critical thinking skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online platforms and social media for business purposes - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred but not required)
