Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Sapura Energy Berhad is looking for a part-time Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and provide timely responses - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through various online platforms - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met - Monitor client feedback and escalate issues as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction - Create engaging content for online platforms to attract and retain clients - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Adaptability and reliability are essential personality traits for this role - Strong soft skills in creativity and decision-making - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of online client management tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
