Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

MISC Berhad is seeking an adaptable and reliable Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional online service to clients through various communication channels. 2. Handle client inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist clients with product information, order placement, and any other related inquiries. 4. Conduct research and provide accurate information to clients as needed. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 6. Maintain client records and database accurately and up-to-date. 7. Assist in resolving any client complaints or problems effectively. 8. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to improve services and processes. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide proactive service. 10. Perform various administrative tasks to support the client service team.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask. 4. Proven ability to research and analyze information. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles. 8. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online communication tools. 9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 10. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
