As the Online Client Service Manager at MR DIY Group, based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for overseeing the online client service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of online client service representatives - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions - Monitor online client service metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Collaborate with other departments to address client issues and provide a seamless experience - Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in online client service processes - Train and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online client service
Requirements: - Resourceful and confident in handling client inquiries and resolving issues - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members - Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions to improve online client service - Previous experience in a leadership role in client service or a related field - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
