Job description:


The Online Client Service Manager at MR DIY Group will be responsible for managing online client relationships and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a high level of energy and drive to meet the needs of our clients and ensure their satisfaction. The Online Client Service Manager will be responsible for handling client inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: - Manage online client relationships and provide exceptional customer service - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Address client concerns and escalate issues as needed - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and provide solutions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in online client service


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in online client service or a related field - Energetic and driven personality traits - Strong people management and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting client needs and exceeding expectations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred - Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
